Art alongside nature
The Hombroich Inselmuseum

This island is female in its entirety.
She gives birth, holds together,
supports, serves and sets free.
She is not a must, she is a may.
She is not either- or, but both- and.
She challenges us all to question
our behaviour every day.
She is not a male aeria for
organizing, chasing, amassing,
power and demonstration.
This island is patient and longs
for new faces, woman and men.
She attracts, seduces and envelops
but forces to serve.
It is an honour to be allowed to.
She trusts in those who are serious.
She offers a way to collect common
experiences and friendships through
various attempts in different fields.
This island scarcely has room
for maleness.
